First of all: please mind the following guideline: All prices include VAT, but do not include package and shipping costs. These costs will be calculated after placing an order.
After every order you'll receive an automatic email from the shop to confirm your order but you will also receive a personal email from me. This mail will contain all info about the costs for shipping and package. So please hold your payment until you have received this personal email.
I try to keep down the shipping costs. I use official TPT-post shipping prices. www.tntpost.nl

If you get no reply within 48 hours, please try to mail me again. Perhaps something went wrong and I did not receive your mail.
After an order is placed, your article stays reserved for 2 weeks. If I do not receive your payment within 14 days, the ordered article is, without any further notice, placed back online in the shop.
If you need to undo a new order, please notify me by email as soon as possible so I can put back in the shop, the article that was reserved for you.
